What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a hardworking, ambitious and dynamic teacher to join the team as an Assistant Head of Science. You will be an outstanding practitioner with the desire, energy and drive to further improve standards of achievement and ensure teaching is of the highest quality across the department. Chemistry is our preferred specialism but this is not a requirement, equally A-Level teaching experience would be desirable.

We are a successful and over-subscribed secondary school in north Leeds, recently graded 'Good' again by Ofsted.

This position is suitable for experienced leaders or aspiring leaders who share our vision of having high aspirations for all students.

We are seeking to appoint a Science teacher who has ambitious aspirations for students and who is aspiring for a leadership role. The successful candidate will share our commitment towards constantly improving our provision and raising achievement in Science and across the school. The department offers Combined and Separate Sciences as well as Post-16 Biology and Chemistry.
