What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated member of staff to further strengthen our pastoral team. The successful candidate will work as part of a team under the supervision of a Head of Year. This post requires a dedicated person to be the key point of contact for students belonging to a particular Year. This will involve the monitoring and tracking of students, meeting with them and their parents as necessary. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills as well as commitment and resilience. The role is very rewarding and impacts greatly on the life chances of our students.
