Assistant Head of Year job summary

We are seeking to appoint two inspirational , enthusiastic and caring individuals to effectively manage the day to day pastoral provision with the aim of every child fulfilling their potential. The successful candidates will each support a Head of Year, promoting a positive ethos which sets high standards and expectations with regards to learning, behaviour, welfare, attendance, personal development and achievement.

The role is 37 hours per week x 39 weeks per year.
