We are seeking to appoint, from September 2020 an exceptional Assistant Headteacher with proven leadership and management skills who will lead on key aspects of school improvement as part of our Senior Leadership Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed professional both to play a significant role in the future development of the school and to gain invaluable experience of senior leadership. The successful candidate will help drive our culture and ethos and ensure the highest quality care, relationships, provision, and academic outcomes.
The post of Assistant Headteacher allows the successful candidate to play a leading role in developing St Bede's Catholic Academy into an outstanding provider of education. The specific areas of responsibility will include leading the Catholic Life and Collective Worship elements of Academy life with the Headteacher; other responsibilities will be determined according to the skills of the successful candidate.
