What skills and experience we're looking for
Experience in a promoted post in a school covering the secondary /primary age range.
Experience of effectively managing a team of staff.
Demonstrable track record of excellent teaching practice.
Experience of forming positive relationships with students.
Experience of successfully co-ordinating behaviour and attitudes
Experience of successfully working with pupils with SEMH

We are seeking an inspirational teacher, with experience of successfully working with SEMH learners to join our school in Sunderland. We are looking for a resilient individual, with experience in a promoted post and a proven track record of forming positive relationships with students and co-ordinating behaviour and attitudes.
