Assistant Head Teacher - Curriculum & Inclusion job summary
Rokeby Primary School are seeking to recruit an Assistant Head of School who:
- will take a leading role in raising standards and ensuring highly effective teaching and learning throughout the school
- will support the Leadership Team with the strategic direction and the day to day management of the school
- understands and is committed to supporting pupils with SEND to thrive within a mainstream setting
- has high expectations of achievement and behaviour and believes that every child can succeed
- has an understanding of how to implement a curriculum that engages and meets the needs of all pupils
- is committed to working in partnership with parents and the community to provide a safe and caring environment which supports pupils to develop socially, emotionally and academically.
Salary: Teachers Leadership Pay Scale L06 £56,316 - L10 £62,202.
The successful candidate will:
- Be committed to meeting the needs of all pupils
- Be an outstanding teacher with a proven record of raising standards
- Be able to demonstrate proven leadership skills and significant impact at a whole school level
- Have excellent leadership and communication skills
- Be able to demonstrate a commitment to excellence
- Develop positive relationships with all stakeholders
