Assistant Head Teacher job summary
This is a unique opportunity to join an expanding leadership team due to the school’s capacity as a three-form entry school. As such, we are looking for a highly motivated, professional, well qualified leader and expert teacher to join our Senior Leadership Team, to ensure our children are nurtured, believed in, inspired and achieve. We are looking to recruit a committed and inspiring Assistant Head Teacher who will be responsible for leading core areas within the school.
This is an ideal position for an ambitious leader who is seeking to lead a school in the future. This post gives considerable scope to develop your leadership and management skills. This is a substantial role in continuing to build upon the high standards and expectations across the school.

We are an oversubscribed, successful and friendly school. We have completed our expansion project to become fully three-form and are excited about our next chapter within the school and local community.
Our Ofsted in April 2019 stated ‘The school is well led. It is a stimulating place in which to work and learn and ‘a strong team ethic is across the school by year group and curriculum teams.’
