Assistant Head Teacher job summary
To assist the Head Teacher and other members of the Senior Team in the strategic leadership of the Academy. Modelling our high expectations and ensuring the achievement of our ethos, vision and values.
To lead on standards and achievement in one of our Houses
To lead on specified areas of the whole school development plan, demonstrating impact and quality assurance in all aspects relating to the designated responsibilities.
