Ladywood School is a primary special school for pupils with complex learning difficulties. There are currently 177 pupils on roll. Ladywood is designated as a National Teaching School and is commissioned by Bolton LA to offer an Outreach Service to all mainstream schools.
Ladywood has been judged as an outstanding school by OFSTED on 3 consecutive occasions, most recently in January 2016.

Ladywood is a proud member of Woodbridge Trust, which is a local partnership with Firwood School and Woodbridge College. We were awarded Bolton News ‘Primary School of the Year 2018’ and the Nasen award for ‘Co-production with Children and Young people and their Families’ in 2019.
