What skills and experience we're looking for
The governors are seeking to appoint an Assistant Head Teacher who will play a key role in the continuing development of this outstanding school. Key responsibilities will include leadership of curriculum and Educational visits co-ordination.
We are looking for an Assistant Head Teacher who is:
- highly motivated with proven ability to lead and inspire others
- experienced in leading and managing areas of school improvement
- passionate about enabling pupils to overcome challenges and experience success
- an exemplary practitioner with SEN mainstream or SLD teaching experience
- positive through challenging times
- experienced in partnership working with parents
