Assistant Head Teacher job summary
Mount Tamar has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with about 110 pupils on roll from many different Local Authorities in the South West.

The school manages a small number of satellite centres across Plymouth to meet individual students' academic and social needs. We strive to provide the very best educational experience so that all our students can reach their full potential, as they become responsible and proactive members of the community.
We are a friendly and caring community that firmly believes in treating each young person as an individual and providing them with the skills and tools they need to be a success. Mount Tamar School offers a quality-learning environment with all students being supported by a team of experienced trained staff dedicated to sustaining a school, where excellent teaching enables students to develop their abilities to the full.
