We are looking for an enthusiastic, engaging and creative Assistant Head Teacher. You will be responsible for Behaviour and Attendance across the school. You will have the knowledge, skills and personal qualities to successfully help lead a team of dedicated professionals.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
• Excellent teaching and Leadership skills
• Self motivation and potential
• High level organisational and ICT skills
• Effective communication skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team
The suitable candidate will be expected to make a significant contribution to the academic, spiritual, moral and cultural well-being of young people and will support an already successful sixth form along the next stage of its development. In addition, the post will provide an excellent opportunity for professional development.
