We are looking for an inspiring Assistant Head to join our well established leadership team. Myton is a school of around 1750 students with an ethos of no child left behind. The successful candidate will join a team of staff determined to continually drive up standards throughout the school.
You will be responsible for ensuring all students benefit from outstanding teaching, using the most up to date research to inform your strategy and then leading on implementation.
At Myton we ensure leaders have support and training to develop their leadership skills because we expect each member of the SLT to be the expert in their field, to be able to create and articulate an inspiring vision for their area and to be able to lead nearly 200 colleagues in the teaching and support staff to fulfil this vision.
You will benefit from working with a group of experienced and very strong senior leaders, excellent Heads of Department, a committed staff and our 1750 fantastic students.
