Full-time experienced teacher to lead Key Stage 1

The school is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative, dynamic and highly motivated teacher to lead our dedicated, high-performing and supportive staff team to continue to raise achievement.
The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about current approaches to effective curriculum design; understand what outstanding teaching and learning looks like and bring high energy, enthusiasm, and new ideas through a diligent, committed approach. The candidate should have excellent knowledge of Early Reading and Phonics. This post is suited to someone who enjoys a challenge and is passionate about making a difference to the life chances of the children they teach.
This is a unique opportunity to develop your leadership experience in preparation for Deputy Headship. You will be responsible for leading teaching and learning across Key Stage 1.
The successful candidate will need to:
