What skills and experience we're looking for

Altrincham College is expanding to take 300 more students over 5 years and therefore we are now starting our recruitment process by expanding our existing SLT. We are seeking to appoint an outstanding teacher and leader to join our Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic oversight of Behaviour and Pastoral provision; however, all other roles and responsibilities for this post will be developed utilising and building upon the successful candidate’s skills and knowledge.

The successful candidate will be:
