Coton-in-the-Elms C of E Primary School is a beautiful village school with approximately 140 pupils on roll, who are superbly behaved. Since September 2023 there has been a new leadership team in place, who have driven school improvement forwards and continued to ensure there is excellent provision for all its pupils. Our recent OFTSED inspection in June 2023 found the school to be good and outstanding for Personal Development. An accolade we are all incredibly proud of. We have a real commitment to our children, our staff and our community, and a focus on achieving the best that we can in all that we do, both inside the classroom and beyond. Wellbeing of staff and pupils is paramount and there is a Wellbeing offer for staff too in recognition of their dedication to the profession.
The school has experienced mentors, who will support new staff and offer ongoing professional development.
