Experience

• Leadership and management experience in a school
• Substantial and Teaching experience
• Involvement in school self-evaluation and development planning
• Experience of successfully leading a team or school improvement activities and evaluating impact
• Line-management experience
• Demonstrable experience of successful line management and staff development
• Experience of analysing pupil performance data
