We are seeking to appoint a dynamic Assistant Headteacher to play a key role in the Senior Leadership Team working closely with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteachers to ensure that every young person, regardless of their starting point, or background receives a high quality education, including first class care, guidance and support. You will be able to demonstrate a proven record of accomplishment on delivering whole school initiatives and be able to motivate and effectively line manage staff. Specific roles and responsibilities will be determined upon the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
