We would like to appoint an ambitious, energetic and highly collaborative Assistant Headteacher who has the enthusiasm and tenacity to uphold the school’s community ethos, in line with the vision and values of the Trust board. Strong and committed leadership is vital to the success of the school.
This post is an opportunity for a committed strategic leader looking either to extend their experience of Assistant Headship, or start their first Assistant Headship in a collegiate and rewarding environment. Accountable to the Head of Academy, the Assistant Headteacher will take full responsibility for priority aspects of behaviour, achievement and student welfare across the school.
