Assistant Headteacher - Behaviour and Culture job summary
Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge is looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join its Senior Leadership Team to lead on behaviour and culture within the school. Strong candidates will have a commitment to behaviour, including rewards, and will lead on behaviour management and systems in the school. Strong candidates will also have a commitment to improving student attendance and will be responsible for leading on Pupil Premium.
