We wish to appoint an Assistant Headteacher to join our inspirational and forward thinking Senior Leadership Team. Applicants should have a proven track record of effectiveness as a classroom practitioner and demonstrate strong leadership and management skills which have motivated and inspired staff and students to achieve.
The successful candidate will be a passionate, caring and committed leader who can demonstrate high levels of initiative, motivation and enthusiasm and be able to inspire staff, students, parents and carers.
In this role they will work with the Head of School, and our highly focused and enthusiastic Senior Leadership Team to encourage, lead and motivate our committed staff team. They will also lead, manage and develop key strategic areas.
Evidence of having led on whole school initiatives is essential.
