Pontefract Academies Trust are looking for an outstanding practitioner who would like to develop their leadership skills, working as part of the senior leadership team at Carleton High School. This role will enhance the culture of positive relationships with all staff with our young people, the individual will maintain the exceptional behaviour displayed by our students; and furthermore, will have the insight to implement bespoke interventions to support our most vulnerable students.

We have been awarded most improved school in the North of England 2020. Carleton High School has a strong team of amazing teachers and inspirational leaders, as well as a fantastic cohort of students.
