The Chase is offering a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to be a part of the school’s Senior Leadership Team.

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational, ambitious and highly motivated individual, to take a lead role with further developing and enhancing the school’s Behaviour management systems, and with improving the progress rates of the school’s Disadvantaged students. This is a pivotal role within the school, as improving the progress rates of our group of Disadvantaged Students and ‘closing the gap’ remains one of the school’s main priorities. The role will also involve the overall co-ordination of the school’s Attendance systems and to be the Designated Teacher for Looked After Children (LAC).

This is a great opportunity for an exceptional person to join a forward thinking and innovative team, where you will have the chance to develop professionally and make a significant contribution to the continued success and reputation of The Chase School.

We are looking for a strong leader who can demonstrate:
