The areas of focus for this position are flexible, due to the expertise of our existing senior leadership team. However, we particularly welcome applications from candidates with experience and skills in:

  • Sixth Form Leadership with another area of whole school focus to be agreed. The BFS Sixth Form leadership team is made up of an highly experienced Deputy Head of Sixth, one full time dedicated sixth form operations coordinator and an academic tutor supporting interventions
  • Developing Teaching and Learning to include the professional development programme across the school.
  • Behaviour, Rewards and Attendance
