The Assistant Headteachers are key in the strategic development of the school and form a crucial part of the Senior Leadership Team. They support, question and challenge a range of evidence and data to drive the school standards further forward and achieve continual outstanding growth, with the children’s needs at the heart of all decision making.
The Assistant Heads support and inspire all staff by modelling exemplary professional conduct and work ethic, going the extra mile for all staff, creating a wonderful place in which to work.
This full-time post has a 0.5 teaching commitment (2 .5 days) with 0.5 dedicated to the Assistant Headteacher role.
Mentoring, training and support will be offered to the successful candidates from the outset.
