We are seeking an experienced, motivational leader, who is a highly effective communicator and an aspirational role model, to lead a successful team of Heads of Department at BGN School. A key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role will include responsibility for curriculum timetabling, whole school assessment and data analysis to support student progress.
Applications are particularly welcome from teachers with a specialism in Science, Computing, Religious Education or History.
As the successful applicant, you will have:-
- Successful experience as a Middle Leader in a secondary school setting
- A clear understanding of what contributes to high quality education
- Experience of using student data to raise standards
- The ability to articulate and share a vision of outstanding secondary education.
