ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER: CURRICULUM

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced leader with a proven track record of leading improvement and an extensive knowledge of the current educational agenda. In this role, your main responsibilities will be leading on The Carlton Academy Curriculum and work as a member of our dynamic leadership team. For experienced or emerging school leaders, this post offers an excellent opportunity for further career development and future Deputy and Headship roles.

The Carlton Academy is part of the Redhill Academy Trust. The academy is also a member of Redhill Teaching School Alliance and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and the chance to work alongside other high performing schools in the region.
