If you are:
- A passionate and motivational senior leader with high expectations for student achievement
- An experienced and successful Maths or English/ Reading/ Phonics subject leader in a primary school setting
- An outstanding practitioner who acts as an inspirational role model, setting high expectations for all staff
- Confident in developing and sustaining an effective, broad and purposeful curriculum
- Determined to ensure that students in our school are able to leave with high aspirations and the skills required for a successful transition
- Unrelenting and innovative when addressing challenging behaviour
- Able to work effectively with a wide range of agencies and stakeholders
If you have:
- A proven track record of managing, motivating and supporting SEMH students and the staff that work with them to produce exceptional results
- An emotionally intelligent and resilient personality
