What skills and experience we're looking for

● Have a passion for leading high quality, academic, KS5 Provision.

● Have knowledge of effective teaching & learning, assessment & progress at KS5 level.

● Have knowledge & understanding on how to motivate and inspire our students to plan their next steps during their 6th form experience.

● Have an understanding of how to deliver effective pastoral support to students.

● Be passionate about continual professional development & have an understanding on how to deliver effective CPD to inspire sixth form teachers.
