Assistant Headteacher – Director of SEND and Inclusion job summary
Due to the retirement of the existing post holder, we are looking to appoint a well-qualified, dynamic and highly motivated Assistant Headteacher as a Director of SEND and Inclusion. You will be expected to lead and manage the strategic development of our Special Educational Needs provision, to ensure we meet our statutory responsibilities for our students with an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP). You will also be responsible for leading on high quality teaching and learning strategies to support our SEND students and their teachers, as well as oversee the day-to-day operation of our Learning Support Centre to raise the achievement of our SEND students.
