A unique opportunity has arisen to lead our increasingly growing Sixth Form into its next phase of Development. Our thriving school is looking for a successful middle leader looking for a promotion to senior leadership or for an experienced senior leader with a proven track record.
The ideal candidate will have passion, experience and creativity and will build on the excellent work that has already been done to further drive the success of our flourishing Sixth Form. The Assistant Headteacher will work closely with Senior members of the leadership team to ensure a consistent approach to education and well-being in all areas of the school’s work.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Sixth Form will also contribute to the wider strategic direction of the school. You would be working with an energetic and dynamic Senior Leadership Team and an excellent staff body who are aspirational for our young people and committed to raising standards so that all of our student receive ‘An Excellent Education’.

Candidates will need to demonstrate:
- The ability to deliver a consistently high quality of teaching, learning and assessment across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
- A proven track record or the potential to secure excellent student outcomes in examinations
- A commitment to champion our students to ensure that regardless of their starting point, they are able to make excellent progress
- A commitment to developing curriculum and enrichment activities
