Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion + SENDCo job summary

We are seeking a truly inspirational Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion (including SENDCo) to join The Oval School. The main responsibility of the role will be to manage the provision for pupils identified as having Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND), including promoting high-quality teaching, effective use of resources, and high standards of learning and achievement The SENDCo will provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents/carers, and other agencies.
