What skills and experience we're looking for
We would like to appoint an outstanding teacher, leader and SENDCo who:
- Is passionate about children’s wellbeing, especially those who have additional needs, and their flourishing in all aspects of school life;
- Has a proven track record of improving learning and progress for all children and experience of driving school improvement;
- Have excellent knowledge of the curriculum, the SEND Code of Practice and strategies to support the effective inclusion of all pupils;
- Would provide inspiring leadership for SEND provision across the school, and support teachers to meet the needs of all children;
- Works effectively and supportively with parents, stakeholders and external agencies;
- Would enhance the Christian ethos of the school.
