Assistant Headteacher for the Early Years Foundation Stage job summary
Our Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Foundation Stage Manager who is immersed in Early Years education. The experienced candidate will be an excellent Early Years Classteacher who will share their knowledge and drive for learning in our EYFS Unit. You will be joining a committed team of staff and have the opportunity to shape our early years phase of learning, which has recently been refurbished. The position is open to experienced classteachers, managers or emerging leaders who have an Early Years specialism and wish to make a significant impact to the learning of our children.

Is a successful classroom practitioner with experience of working within EYFS
Has a clear strategic vision for teaching and learning and have high expectations
Is ambitious for our school, has a strong work ethic and be committed to the role.
Will motivate children, staff, parents and governors
Will take a key role in the EYFS curriculum and self-evaluation
Is supportive of the Catholic ethos of our school
