What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious Assistant Headteacher who is
passionate about teaching and learning. The role would involve working as part of our Senior Leadership
Team and our Assistant Headteacher for Teaching and Learning to enhance our approach to professional
development, support and develop our middle leaders and lead on our approach to reading and literacy.
This role would suit an experience existing assistant Headteacher looking for a new challenge or an
outstanding and experienced middle leader who is looking for the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will have: • belief in the worth and potential of every student • the ability to implement and secure change successfully • excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to lead and inspire colleagues • a passion and drive for school improvement
