Quality assurance of Sixth Form Provision
Post 16 curriculum planning & development
Ensuring the impact of post 16 teaching
Management of our purpose built study centre
Leading the Sixth Form Head of Years
Ensuring Oxbridge entry success

Recruitment & Induction
Ensuring the highest levels of publicity and recruitment for students and parents
Providing outstanding transition for Year 11 students into post 16 study
Supporting new staff to Sixth Form teaching ensuring their training and induction.

Administration
Ensuring administration provides a highly organised and efficient Sixth Form.
