Assistant Headteacher: Head of Sixth Form job summary
Required for September 2020 an outstanding, energetic and well-qualified teacher to join the Senior Leadership Team and to develop (and deliver) an ambitious vision for our Sixth Form as the school embarks on its second century.
Candidates should combine high expectations of young people with genuine empathy. A record of effective leadership and innovation at middle management level is a requirement along with the ability to evidence professional impact on student achievement.
All members of the Senior Leadership Team contribute to school self-evaluation, development planning and performance management and play a full part in ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the school.
