We are seeking a highly competent and ambitious senior leader, who is ready to take on a new challenge, fulfilling a major role within our Senior Leadership team. As we are looking to expand our Leadership team, your specific skillset and evidenced experience can help determine the focus and responsibilities of this particular position.

We are looking for someone who has a proven ability in strategic thinking and outstanding leadership, ensuring the College continues to provide high quality education for all our children in a caring, inclusive environment.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate must have the ability to inspire confidence and collegiality in those they lead, as well as:

• An effective leadership style that motivates, supports and challenges staff;
• Resilience and determination to follow through and be accountable for key strategic
developments;
• Be a reflective practitioner, keen to develop and progress, both as a teacher and a leader;
• Share and support the College and the Trust’s commitment to provide an all-round, outstanding education for all our students.
