The Governors of Holy Cross Catholic High School are seeking to appoint an inspirational, ambitious and innovative Assistant Headteacher to lead on whole school behaviour including pupil attitudes, routines and expectations. Ensure effective systems and procedures are consistently applied and ensure accurate and effective management of data relating to behaviour.
The Assistant Headteacher will have drive and ambition to inspire both staff and pupils in line with our mission statement I have come that they may have life and have it to the full.
In October 2022 an Ofsted inspection concluded that Holy Cross continues to be a good school with many outstanding areas.

Holy Cross is Catholic High School established by the Catholic Community of the Chorley Deanery under the trusteeship of the Liverpool Archdiocese. We work in partnership with parishes and parents to provide the best possible education for our young people between the ages of 11 and 16, building on the foundations laid in primary school and preparing for their future development at the Catholic Sixth Form college or other post-sixteen establishments, or in the world of employment and training.
