What skills and experience we're looking for

The main duties and responsibilities of this post include:

· Leadership of behaviour systems and routines.

Leadership of whole school use of the Classcharts app.
Leadership of student attendance and punctuality (Years 7 – 11)
Leadership of student leadership.
Collaboration with local authority and local schools regarding behaviour and attendance.
Contribution to safeguarding, emotional wellbeing and personal development of the students.

· Teaching of all aspects of their subject specialism.

The successful candidate should:
