What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher who will

• Oversee the day to day operation of the school’s inclusion policies.
• Coordinate provision for children with special educational needs.
• Help in the identification of children with special educational needs and those who are intellectually advanced, teaching and supporting intervention programmes so that they are able to make rapid progress in line with the schools high educational expectations
• Manage teaching assistants.
• Support the Headteacher in planning and delivering support for children benefitting from the Pupil Premium.
• Be responsible for ensuring and supporting the educational success of the school within the overall framework of the Multi Academy Trust as well as the individual school strategic plan.
• Promote high standards of behaviour and a good working ethos.
