Hollingworth is a highly inclusive school with a vision to be 'World Class'. We have a talented and highly committed staff, supportive governors and amazing pupils. Our new building, which we have extended, has excellent facilities.

The trustees and governors expect our pupils and staff to be challenged, motivated, respected, celebrated, and most of all, inspired under the leadership of our senior team in our pursuit of providing a 'World Class' education. If this challenge excites you, we would love to talk to you about the prospect of becoming part of our team.

Hollingworth Academy is now one of two schools in the recently formed Hollingworth Learning Trust, along with Newhouse Academy. Hollingworth Learning Trust's core purpose is to make a positive difference to the lives of its children. Its role, as a sponsor of both schools, is to provide the support, challenge, expertise and resources necessary to significantly improve the provision for education.

Every school Hollingworth Learning Trust works with is on a journey towards becoming 'World Class'. Our Trust exists to support school improvement and share innovation in order to raise standards, improve provision and unlock potential.

Here at Hollingworth Academy, we believe that everyone excels everyday. This ethos is built on our core values of RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY and RESILIENCE and these values are at the heart of everything we do. We want considerate and confident young adults who are respected within their community and capable of successfully entering further education, employment and/or training. We will always have the highest expectations for all of our pupils, as their success is our success. We are extremely proud of our pupils and their achievements. Indeed, visitors frequently comment that they are confident, respectful, thoughtful and articulate young people.
