Slade Primary School is part of The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership (ATLP), a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 5 secondary schools, 8 primary schools, Teaching School, and SCITT. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield and North Warwickshire.
Assistant Headteacher Key Stage 2
Start Date: September 2020 or sooner if possible (start date can be negotiated)
Salary: Leadership Pay scale (L6-L10)

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about the development of people and is dedicated to the pursuit of excellence for every child, regardless of their background.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across the whole school. The successful candidate will work to ensure that outcomes are outstanding and that the teaching profile reflects this.
We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher who:
• Is an outstanding practitioner and has a proven track record of raising attainment
• Has extensive experience of teaching Year 6 with proven impact
• Has extensive experience of leading English across school with proven impact
• Has an excellent understanding of primary pedagogy
• Demonstrates high expectations of pupil achievement, behaviour and attitudes to learning
• Has a track record of leadership which has led to improvement in attainment and progress
• Has experience of leading whole school change with proven impact
• Can inspire, motivate and lead others
• Is research driven to support own and others professional development
• Enjoys working in partnership with parents, Governors and the local community
