Assistant Headteacher - Key Stage 3 Progress job summary

We are looking for an exceptional leader with a clear picture of outstanding practice and a desire to further develop your leadership skills. You will be committed to the personal, moral and social development of our students as well as to the very highest academic standards, within the context of our Christian ethos and values.

The key focus for the role will be the progress of students at Key Stage 3, including the transition from primary schools, to ensure that all are properly welcomed within the school community and that their experience is foundational as they learn to enjoy and engage with all that the school has to offer. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessment, progress reviews, monitoring and tracking at Key Stage 3, ensuring highly effective intervention where appropriate.
