Due to the promotion of the current postholder to deputy headship, we are seeking an exceptional leader who will be responsible for continuing to drive forward the vision, ethos and culture of our thriving Sixth Form at RPS, which has grown rapidly from 299 to well over 350 students over the last 3 years. ‘Staff say that they are very well supported. Staff feel valued. They have high praise for how leaders look after the staff’s well-being and their workload.’

‘A school of exceptional quality.’

‘Pupils meet leaders’ exceptionally high expectations for their work, personal development and behaviour.’

‘A highly ambitious curriculum is in place for all pupils. A broad and rich curriculum prepares pupils exceptionally well.’

‘Students in the sixth form plan and run house activities. They lead on initiatives to improve aspects of the school, such as how to make their community more sustainable.’

‘Sixth form students are excellent role models for others.’
