The successful candidate will:

• Support strategic, curriculum-led financial planning to ensure effective use of budgets and resources.
• Knowledge and clear understanding of the statutory framework for education as well as new and innovative developments within education.

• Have a strong commitment to ensuring excellent pupil progress.
• Be dedicated to sharing responsibilities for raising standards.

• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Assist in the school’s accelerated improvement journey
