If you are considering Headship at some point in the future, then this is the perfect role to prepare for leading your own school one day. Equally if you are not planning on Headship but are a skilled at school improvement and passionate about the highest quality teaching, then we could be the Trust for you!
We are seeking someone who can drive school improvement and curriculum development alongside the Headteacher. As a Trust we are committed to addressing the stubborn attainment gap that exists in the region for the most disadvantaged pupils. Being an excellent classroom teacher is a non-negotiable and we are seeking someone who can help obliterate that gap so that children are not impacted by their socio-economic status. Achievement in a broad and fun curriculum is a right for all children.
As a member of the Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of education, implementing and the school improvement plans, developing teaching and learning, leading on curriculum areas and supporting the Headteacher in the day to day running of the school.
What the school offers its staff

We welcome those with and without experience to find out more.
We want to support you in deciding if we are a School Trust that you would like to join. We strongly recommend that you arrange a visit to the school (virtual visits are possible) and a virtual call so that you can better understand if we are an organisation which excites you and can support you to flourish.
