What skills and experience we're looking for
The Role
We are looking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher (maternity cover) who will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and lead on Quality of Education at Battledown Centre for Cheltenham & Families. In carrying out the professional duties of a member of the Senior Leadership Team, he/she will support all the staff of the school across the age phases and liaise with a wide range of professionals within the Local Authority, health service and voluntary sector as appropriate. The post will require the Assistant Headteacher to lead the implementation of new school development initiatives working alongside the Headteacher. This is a non-teaching post but maybe required to cover as required. Full details of the post are detailed in the attached Job Description.
