Job Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen Noremarsh Junior School for a highly skilled and inspirational Assistant Head Teacher to play a critical part in supporting our young people to achieve their very best. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving forward our ambitious curriculum and ensuring the best outcomes possible for all our pupils.
The successful candidate will demonstrate clear leadership and vision and the ability to develop strong and positive relationships with all colleagues across the school. They will possess excellent KS2 knowledge and will have a proven track record of making improvements. They will work alongside the Headteacher, SENCO/AHT to drive the school forward and ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.
This position will be perfect for a leader who has experience in assessment or maths and a proven track record of supporting quality teaching and learning. They will have a solid understanding of current pedagogical approaches that draws on current research, to support our enthusiastic and dedicated team. There will be some teaching commitment as part of this role.
