What skills and experience we're looking for

- Hold a recognised degree (or equivalent) with a good classification in a relevant subject teaching qualification (QTS).
- Developing and implementing strategies for raising achievement and achieving excellence for students, staff and self.
- Identifying and implementing effective strategies for improving teaching and curriculum understanding and effectiveness.
- Lead by example and aim to inspire, motivate, influence and empower staff and students through personal.
